Begin in Cairo, home to the Great Pyramids of Giza, the Sphinx, and world-class museums showcasing Egypt’s ancient treasures. Fly south to Aswan to embark on a relaxing Nile Cruise, sailing through the heart of ancient Egypt.

Along the way, explore iconic temples including Philae, Kom Ombo, Edfu, Karnak, and Luxor, as well as the legendary Valley of the Kings. After returning to Cairo for more profound cultural discoveries, continue your journey to Jordan. From the modern capital Amman, explore desert castles, Roman ruins at Jerash, and the medieval fortress of Ajloun.

Visit biblical sites such as Madaba and Mount Nebo, then unwind at the Dead Sea, the lowest point on Earth. This itinerary covers the best of Jordan and Egypt, from Cairo & Giza Pyramids to the beautiful Saqqara & Memphis, along with a fun Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor and the Valley of the Kings.

Day 1: Arrival in Cairo−

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, our Cholan Tours representative will warmly welcome you. Transfer to your hotel and complete check-in. The rest of the day is free to relax after your journey or explore the city independently.

Day 2: Cairo - Pyramids, Saqqara & Memphis+

After breakfast, enjoy a guided tour of the Giza Plateau, visiting the Great Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, and Mycerinus, as well as the iconic Sphinx.

Enjoy a short camel ride before continuing to Saqqara to see the Step Pyramid of Djoser and the Pyramid of Teti. After lunch, visit Memphis, Egypt’s ancient capital, before returning to your hotel.

Day 3: Cairo - Aswan - Nile Cruise Embarkation+

Transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, board your Nile Cruise and enjoy lunch on board. Visit the High Dam and the beautiful Temple of Philae. Return to the ship for dinner and enjoy a Nubian folklore show.

Day 4: Kom Ombo - Edfu - Luxor+

Sail to Kom Ombo to explore the unique twin temple dedicated to Sobek and Haroeris. Continue to Edfu to visit the remarkably preserved Temple of Horus. Sail onward to Luxor, enjoying scenic views of the Nile.

Day 5: Luxor - West Bank Wonders+

Visit Luxor’s West Bank, including the Valley of the Kings, where you will enter three royal tombs, the impressive Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the Colossi of Memnon. Return to the ship for lunch and a relaxed afternoon. Evening entertainment on board.

Day 6: Luxor - East Bank - Flight to Cairo+

After breakfast, disembark and tour the East Bank, visiting the vast Karnak Temple Complex and Luxor Temple. After lunch, transfer to Luxor Airport for your flight back to Cairo. On arrival, transfer to your hotel for an overnight.

Transfer to Cairo Airport for your flight to Amman, Jordan. Upon arrival, meet your driver and transfer to your hotel. Rest of the day at leisure.

Explore Jordan’s Eastern Desert Castles, including Al-Kharraneh, Amra Castle (UNESCO site), and Al-Azraq Castle. Continue to the Dead Sea, famous for its mineral-rich waters and natural floating experience. Return to Amman for overnight.

Day 10: Amman - Jerash - Ajloun+

Enjoy a panoramic tour of Amman before travelling to Jerash, one of the best-preserved Roman cities in the world. Explore its streets, temples, theatres, and plazas. Continue to Ajloun Castle, built during the time of Saladin. Return to Amman for overnight.
