When to Visit Ooty?

Ooty is best visited between March and June, when the weather is pleasant, and the temperature remains around 20 to 25 degrees. It is ideal for sightseeing. One perk of visiting in the summer is the May Flower show. 

The peak season to visit Ooty is March - June and October - March, which are colder (5 - 15 degrees Celsius). Moreover, if you are into the natural views and the gusty waterfalls, you can visit during July - September for the lush landscape. Also, this time is best for budget travel, as the low footfall makes finding accommodation easier. And a must-visit place during the monsoon season is the Pykara waterfalls.
