The 10-day Sacred Vietnam Temples Trail tour package includes some of the prominent and key temples and monasteries located in Vietnam. The temple trail starts in the northern region of the nation and takes a scenic route across the central and southern regions of the nation to explore all the major spiritual attractions in the regions. 
The 9-night tour package begins at Hanoi, the capital city of the nation, which is also known as the cultural and heritage centre of Vietnam. In Hanoi, you can explore various key spiritual sites, like Tran Quoc Pagoda and One Pillar Pagoda. Apart from Hanoi, some of the key and prominent spiritual sites included in the package are Bai Dinh Pagoda, My Son Sanctuary, Po Nagar Cham Towers, Mariamman Temples, and Jade Emperor Pagoda.

Day 1: Arrival at Hanoi

Upon arriving at Hanoi, you will be greeted by our experienced representative, who will ensure a quick and hassle-free transfer to your hotel. After relaxing and enjoying a delightful breakfast, you can start your tour by visiting the Tran Quoc Pagoda, the oldest Buddhist temple in Hanoi, which was constructed during the 6th century. The temple features a unique 11-storey stupa and traditional architecture. After visiting the temples, you can explore the scenic West Lake of the city, which is the largest freshwater lake in Hanoi. The lake traces its roots to the mythical battles of the region and is among the popular escapes from the bustling life of the city.

Day 2: Exploring Cultural Heritage of Hanoi+

On the second day in Hanoi, you can explore the rich cultural heritage of the city. You can explore the One Pillar Pagoda, situated at the heart of the city. The pagoda features a unique shape and signifies purity, imperial devotion, and the resilience of Vietnam. You can also visit the Hoan Kiem Lake, a peaceful lake, which acts as the cultural centre of the city. You can also take a leisurely stroll across the Old Quarter, a bustling narrow street, which features colonial buildings and vibrant markets, shops, and eateries.

Day 3: Visiting My Duc+

On the third day in Vietnam, you can take a day trip to My Duc, a small town located about 50 kilometres away from Hanoi, to visit the renowned Huong Pagoda, which is also known as Perfume Pagoda. In My Duc, you can also explore the Incense Village, where you can explore the artisan and crafts fragrant incense sticks. You can also explore the picturesque Suối Hai Lake, a freshwater lake, which offers a calming and peaceful experience, along with boat trips. After exploring My Duc, you can move back to Hanoi for a refreshing sleep.

Day 4: Reaching Ninh Binh+

You can move towards the city of Ninh Binh, which is situated about 95 kilometres away from Hanoi, and takes about 1.45 hours to reach. The city of Ninh Binh offers a stunning landscape, along with key cultural and historic sites. In Ninh Binh, you can explore the massive Bai Dinh Pagoda, a stunning Buddhist temple complex, which features various Buddhist statues and halls. In Ninh Binh, you can also explore the Bich Dong Pagoda, which features a unique three-tiered structure which is located in a limestone mountain. The pagoda features traditional Vietnamese designs, with ornate carvings and ancient stone bridges. In Ninh Binh, you can also experience the scenic beauty while enjoying a calming boat ride at the Trang An Grottoes. Part of the UNESCO site, Trang An Grottoes features stunning limestone mountains, rivers, and caves.

Day 5: Exploring Tourist Attractions in Ninh Binh+

On the second day in Ninh Binh, you can explore various key tourist attractions in the city. You can visit Tam Coc, a renowned three-cave system, where you can experience scenic boat tours. You can also explore the Mua Caves, or Hang Mua, which is accessible by climbing 490 steps and offers panoramic views of the rice paddies and rivers. Ninh Binh also boasts Thung Nahm Bird Park, which is considered a heaven for birdwatchers and features a diverse bird population.

Day 6: Moving towards Duy Xuyen+
On the sixth day of the tour, you can move towards Duy Xuyen, from Ninh Binh, which is situated about 696 kilometres south, and takes roughly 10 hours to reach. In Duy Xuyen, you can take a relaxing cruise across the Thu Bon River, which offers scenic boat trips and exploration through the surrounding landscape. On the first day in Duy Xuyen, you can also experience the taste of delicious dishes, like Mì Quảng, Bánh Mì, Madame Khanh, and Bánh Xèo, among others.

Day 7: Exploring Duy Xuyen+
On the second day in Duy Xuyen, you can visit the renowned My Son Sanctuary, an ancient temple, dating back to the Champa Kingdom. The sanctuary features ruins of a red-brick temple and is nestled in a lush valley. In Duy Xuyen, you can spend a relaxing day exploring the Tra Cieu Citadel on the first day. The citadel offers deep insight into the ancient civilisation. 
After exploring the city and enjoying a soulful dinner, you can take a night journey to reach the city of Duy Xuyen, which is about 515 kilometres away, and takes roughly 9 hours to reach.

Day 8: Exploring Nha Trang+
After arriving at Nha Trang, you can visit the ancient Po Nagar Cham Towers, a prominent religious and historic site, which features stunning architecture. The main tower of the complex honours Po Nagar, the Mother of the Land, while the other towers are dedicated to various Hindu deities, like Lord Shiva and Lord Ganesha. In Nha Trang, you can also visit the Long Son Pagoda, a giant white Buddha statue, which offers a stunning view of the city.

On the final day of the tour, you can take an early ride to reach Ho Chi Minh City, which is situated about 400 kilometres away, and takes roughly 5 hours to reach from Nha Trang. In Ho Chi Minh City, you can visit the ornate Jade Emperor Pagoda, a stunning Buddhist temple, which features intricate and detailed carvings, along with majestic statues and a serene atmosphere. In the city, you can also explore Giac Lam Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas in the city, which displays stunning architecture and carries historic significance.
