The exploration starts with spending the evening in the capital city of Yeveran. You visit the attractions like Republic Square, Matenadaran, Cascade Complex, and the Mother Armenia Monument, as well as the Vernissage Market.

In Dilijan Town, you visit Lake Seven, Khor Virap Monastery, and Areni village, along with Goshavank and Haghartsin Monastery.

Day 1: Welcome to Armenia−

Arrival at the Zvartnots International Airport and meeting our experienced tour representative. Transfer to the hotel in Yevran for check-in and a rest after the flight.

In the evening, take a stroll around the famous Republic Square. Observe the architecture and do cafe hopping for amusement. Return to the hotel for rest.

Day 2: Cultural Exploration in Yeveran+

After breakfast, enjoy the guided tour of Yevran city. Visit the 3 most popular tourist attractions, Matenadaran, Cascade Complex, and Mother Armenia Monument. All three places give you a glimpse into Armenia’s cultural history. In the afternoon, you are free to explore, shop, or stroll around the area. Suggested activities for the free time are visiting the famous Vernissage Market. Explore the local handicrafts, carpets, and souvenirs.

Day 3: Garni Temple+

After breakfast, set out to visit Garni temple and the Geghard Monastery. Moreover, visit the Azat River Gorge for tranquility and stunning scenery and enjoy the UNESCO-recognised canyons. Later, visit, carved into the rock and recognised by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, with immense historical importance since medieval times.

Day 4: Dilijan+

After breakfast, drive to Dilijan and en route discover Lake Seven, a world-famous high-altitude freshwater lake. Also, visit Sevanavank Monastery, which offers panoramic views of the lake and a tranquil atmosphere.

Day 5: Local Cultural Exploration in Dilijan+

Have breakfast at the hotel and set out for a cultural exploration of Dilijan, a historic town. Visit the highlights, the Haghartsin Monastery and the Goshavank Monastery, and immerse yourself in spirituality and the positive environment. Later, stroll through Dilijan’s old quarter and explore the traditional houses. The town is also known as the spiritual heart of northern Armenia.

Day 6: Dilijan – Yerevan (via Khor Virap – Areni)+

On day 6, you take a drive from Dilijan to Yerevan, stopping at the famous halts Khor Virap and Areni.

Visit the Khor Virap Monastery for the iconic views of Mount Ararat. Additionally, go wine tasting in Areni Village and explore traditional winemaking there.

Arrive at the hotel in Yevran, check in, rest, and have dinner.

Day 7: Etchmiadzin & Zvartnots Cathedral+

Day 8: Departure from Yevran+

After breakfast at the hotel, check out and take your belongings for departure. Transfer to the Zvartnots International Airport with the arranged facility. The trip concludes with a gallery full of photos of Armenia.
