This trip starts from Kangerlussuaq, discovering the Arctic region and the Arctic adventure. Our travel representative guides you throughout your hotel check-in. Then, take you on a guided tour to explore the famous destinations. Later, you are taken to experience Arctic town walks, glacier and ice sheet excursions, fjord views, local museums, and Inuit culture experiences.
You can choose to dive into snow-based activities to boost the adrenaline rush. In Ilulissat, you get to see the famous Icefjord and glowing icebergs under the night sky, which are UNESCO-listed. Then, finally, in Nuuk, the capital city, explore the harbour, the national museum, and the vibrant streets offering a view of colourful houses.

Experience the Greenland Ice Sheet, its glaciers, and its wildlife, and hike along stunning Arctic trails, UNESCO recognised sites of glowing icebergs and historic harbours.
Upon arrival at Kangerlussuaq International Airport, meet the Cholan Tours representative. Then transfer by road to your hotel and, after check-in, enjoy a relaxed walk through the small Arctic town, once a US airbase and now Greenland’s main gateway. Visit the Kangerlussuaq Museum, offering insights into Greenland’s modern history and early settlement life. In the evening, return to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast, leave the hotel to explore the region. Drive by a 4×4 vehicle towards the Greenland Ice Sheet, one of the most significant natural wonders on Earth. It is the second-largest ice body in the world.
The guided tour progresses to the Arctic region for Tundra walks, wildlife spotting, and learning about traditional hunting routes. Return to the hotel by late afternoon. After your lunch, the evening is free for cultural talks or leisure.
Overnight Stay: Kangerlussuaq
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a domestic flight to Ilulissat. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel, after checking in, have some rest. In the afternoon, visit the Ilulissat Museum (Knud Rasmussen Museum) to explore Inuit culture, Arctic exploration history, and storytelling traditions.
End the day with a walk along the Ilulissat Icefjord boardwalk, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Dinner at leisure.

After breakfast, embark on a boat cruise through the Ilulissat Icefjord, sailing past enormous drifting icebergs while learning about Arctic legends and glacial movements. In the afternoon, explore the markets for the local artisans’ bone carvings, textiles, sculptures, etc.
These crafts are available for viewing in the local art galleries. In the evening, you can do cafe hopping to explore the local snacks or attend cultural music events when available.
Overnight Stay: Ilulissat.
After breakfast, visit a sledge dog area to understand their cultural importance in transport, festivals, and daily life.
Depending on the season, participate in or observe local festivals, including drum dancing, traditional songs, and community gatherings.
Later, enjoy free time to explore the harbour area or coastal trails.

After breakfast, transfer to the harbour or airport for a coastal journey to Sisimiut by ferry or flight (seasonal).

The evening is free to explore the colourful old town.

After breakfast, explore Sisimiut’s modern Greenlandic art scene, featuring paintings, photography, and textile art inspired by Arctic landscapes.
Later, visit community centres to interact with locals and learn about modern Inuit lifestyles.

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Nuuk, Greenland’s capital. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel.
In the afternoon, visit the National Museum of Greenland, home to the famous Qilakitsoq mummies and rich Inuit heritage exhibits.
Evening stroll along the colonial harbour and modern city centre.
Overnight Stay: Nuuk
After breakfast, explore some more tourist sites in Nuuk. You can visit Katuaq Cultural Centre, which is Greenland’s premier venue for exhibitions, concerts, and cultural festivals. Explore local art galleries, the old town, and vibrant waterfront areas.
You can enjoy the famous open-air performances, celebrations, and traditional music if visiting during festivals such as Greenland National Day in June. Return to the hotel for the farewell dinner to conclude the journey.

After breakfast, transfer to Nuuk Airport for departure, marking the end of a culturally rich Greenland experience.
