The Injikadavu Trek is a guided moderate-level trail in Kanyakumari Wildlife Sanctuary. Starting from the Kalikesam Eco Camp region, the trail moves through different forest landscapes, including dry deciduous sections, moist evergreen stretches, and grassland openings.
The trek covers around 18 km as a two-way route and usually takes about 7 hours to complete. It is not an extremely difficult trek, but the distance and forest terrain require good stamina and basic trekking preparation. Trekkers should be comfortable walking for several hours on natural paths, uneven ground, and shaded forest sections.
One of the main highlights of this trail is the forest diversity. The nearest major railway station is Nagercoil Junction Railway Station, located around 27 km from the trail region. From Nagercoil, travellers can continue by taxi, private vehicle, or local transport towards Kalikesam Eco Camp.
