Itinerary

This 7-day New Zealand package covers Christchurch, Queenstown, Milford Sound, and the Glacier region, offering alpine scenery, fjord cruises, glaciers, and a scenic TranzAlpine train journey.

Day 1: Arrive Christchurch

Upon your arrival at Christchurch, our executive will assist you to the hotel.

Night stay at Christchurch.

Day 2: Christchurch – Mt. Cook – Queenstown+

After breakfast, travel across the Canterbury plains to Lake Tekapo, then proceed to New Zealand’s highest mountain, Mt. Cook.

Depart Mt. Cook and follow the shores of Lake Pukaki south through the historic Central Otago region to the “Alpine Resort” of Queenstown.

Night stay at Queenstown.

Day 3: Milford Sound+

After breakfast, travel to the southern arm of Lake Wakatipu, then proceed to Lake Te Anau. Visit Eglinton Valley and marvel at the artificial Homer Tunnel.

By evening, enjoy a cruise in the incredible fiord, surrounded by Mitre Peak and Bowen Falls.

Night stay at Queenstown.

Day 4: Queenstown+

This day is intended for leisure activities or exploration in Queenstown, as you prefer.

Whether you wish to explore the market or sit beside the beach, you can do it all on this day.

Day 5: Queenstown – Glacier Region+

After breakfast, visit the shores of Lakes Wanaka and Hawea, followed by Haast Pass.

Continue along the West Coast to view spectacular mountain ranges, native forests, and the glacier region of Franz Josef and Fox Glaciers.

Night stay in the Glacier Region.

Day 6: Glacier Region – Christchurch+

After breakfast, travel north to Greymouth and board the world-famous TranzAlpine train. Ascend through lush beech forests past Arthur’s Pass before crossing the Southern Alps to Christchurch.

Overnight in Christchurch.

Day 7: Depart Christchurch+

After breakfast, our executive will drop you off at the airport for your departure flight.
