Today is dedicated to discovering Muscat’s cultural and architectural highlights. After a delicious breakfast at the hotel you are taken to visit the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, renowned for its grand prayer hall and intricate Islamic design.
The journey continues to the Royal Opera House, a symbol of Oman’s contemporary cultural vision, before exploring Bait Al Zubair Museum, which offers insight into Omani history, heritage, and traditions.
Later, halt at Al Alam Palace for some memorable photos. You can also visit historic Mirani and Jalali Forts, showcasing Muscat’s royal legacy. The evening remains free for rest at the hotel.

Day three introduces you to Muscat's history. Set out after breakfast at the hotel to visit the famous Muttrah Corniche. Stroll along the scenic views, where the sea meets old merchant houses and lively harbor activity.
Then, visit the famous market Muttrah Souq, spend time exploring one of the oldest markets in the Middle East, filled with spices, silver jewelry, perfumes, and traditional handicrafts.
The relaxed pace allows you to soak in local life. Alternatively, enjoy waterfront cafes, and experience Muscat’s everyday rhythm before returning to the hotel for dinner.

After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to Nizwa. It is one of Oman’s most historically significant cities. Then, visit the Bahla fort which is a UNESCO listed heritage site.
Then explore the Nizwa Fort, having a massive circular tower and offering a panoramic view of the old town. Then visit Nizwa Souq to explore silverware, crafts and local produce.

Today’s route takes you through scenic interior landscapes toward the coastal town of Sur, once a major center of maritime trade. You leave for the trip post breakfast. On the drive to Sur, enroute passing traditional villages and rugged scenery, you arrive in Sur to discover its deep connection to the sea.
You visit the historic Dhow Shipyard, where traditional wooden boats are still crafted. You can click some pictures for a memory and enjoy time along the Sur Corniche, watching daily coastal life unfold. Later return to the hotel for dinner and rest.

After your breakfast you will be transferred back to Muscat city. En route, scenic stops allow you to admire Oman’s natural coastal formations, including viewpoints near Wadi Shab and the striking Bimmah Sinkhole. These brief pauses add natural beauty to the otherwise urban-focused itinerary.
By evening, you arrive back in Muscat, where the remainder of the day is free to relax. Additionally, explore independently before returning to the hotel.

On Day seven you are taken to explore Sohar post a yummy breakfast. Heading north, you travel to Sohar, a historic port city believed to be linked to the legendary Sinbad the Sailor.
Upon arrival, explore Sohar Fort and Museum, which reflects the city’s rich maritime and trading history. Stroll along the Sohar Corniche enjoying the views of the sea shore.
The evening is free time to experience the quieter urban charm of northern Oman, followed by a delicious dinner at the hotel.

Post breakfast set out for a drive from Muscat to Barka. It is a traditional coastal town known for its lively fish market, observing the daily routine and local trade activities here.
Now return back to Muscat and enjoy the afternoon free time. Some suggested activities for free time are to go shopping in the local market. Then return to the hotel for dinner.
