Itinerary

This 6-day Leh and Pangong Lake package covers Leh, Nubra Valley, and Pangong Lake, offering sightseeing, camel safaris, high-altitude passes, and spiritual sites for an all-encompassing Ladakh experience.

Day 1: Arrival in Leh

Upon reaching Leh Airport (Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport), one of our representatives will receive and assist with a quick hotel check-in at Leh.

Rest for a while, and later in the evening, visit Shanti Stupa and Leh Market, popular spots for first-time travelers.
Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2: Leh Sightseeing+

After breakfast, start your city tour of Leh – top sightseeing spots. Proceed towards the Leh–Srinagar Highway and explore the Hall of Fame museum (maintained by the Indian Army), Kali Mata Temple, and Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, remembering Guru Nanak Dev Ji’s visit to Ladakh.

Experience Magnetic Hill, Ladakh, an exceptional optical illusion that appears to go against gravity. Then witness the Sangam, the astounding confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers, a must-visit photo spot in Leh. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 3: Leh – Nubra Valley+

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley via Khardungla Pass, one of the highest roads in the world at 18,380 feet. Click scenic Himalayan vistas en route and visit Nubra, most famous for its white dunes and cold desert terrain.

Enjoy an optional double-humped Bactrian camel safari in Hunder, a top-rated activity in Nubra Valley.

Day 4: Nubra – Pangong via Shyok+

One day, take a serene drive from Nubra to Pangong Lake via Shyok Village, a route well-known for its adventure and rugged beauty. After you reach Khalsar, the road becomes more picturesque and smoother.

Then arrive at the beautiful Pangong Tso Lake, one of the top attractions in Ladakh, popular for its changing blue hues and its fame from the iconic bollywood movie 3 Idiots.

Witness for rare Himalayan wildlife and migratory birds along the lake. Overnight stay near Pangong Lake.

Day 5: Pangong Lake – Leh+

Post breakfast, travel back to Leh via Changla Pass, one of the top high-altitude passes in Ladakh. Pause and have a break to enjoy a cup of tea in the snow-covered landscapes of Changla.

On the way, visit the renowned Hemis Monastery, Thiksey Monastery, and the historic Shey Palace, all significant landmarks of Buddhist heritage in Ladakh. Overnight stay in Leh.

Day 6: Departure from Leh+

After breakfast, check out of the hotel. Our team will assist you with your airport transfer from Leh depending on your departure schedule. The tour ends with wonderful memories of Ladakh.
