Itinerary

This itinerary includes a Delhi city tour, Jama Masjid, a rickshaw ride through Chandni Chowk, the Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, Fatehpur Sikri, Jaipur forts and palaces, Amber Fort, the Wagah Border ceremony, the Golden Temple, Jallianwala Bagh, and Sikh heritage museums.

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi - Traditional Welcome−

Arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (T-3), where you will receive a warm Indian traditional welcome with a garland from Cholan Tours’ representative. You will be assisted and transferred to your hotel. Hotel check-in time is 14:00 hours.

No sightseeing is scheduled today, allowing you to relax after your journey or enjoy the hotel facilities at leisure. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at your hotel in Delhi.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing - Old & New Delhi+

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day guided sightseeing tour of Delhi. Begin with Old Delhi, visiting the Red Fort (external view) and Jama Masjid, and enjoy a traditional rickshaw ride through the bustling Chandni Chowk bazaar.
Later, drive past India Gate, the President’s House, and Parliament House. Visit Bangla Sahib Gurudwara before continuing to South Delhi to explore Humayun’s Tomb and Qutub Minar. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Delhi.

Day 3: Delhi - Agra (Approx. 4 Hours Drive)+

After breakfast, drive to Agra, the city of the Taj Mahal. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. Later, meet your local guide and begin sightseeing with a visit to the majestic Agra Fort.

Continue to the Taj Mahal, where you can admire its breathtaking marble architecture and timeless beauty. After sightseeing, enjoy free time to explore Agra’s local markets, famous for marble handicrafts and souvenirs. Spend the night at your hotel in Agra.

Day 4: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur (Approx. 5 Hours)+

After breakfast, depart for Jaipur. En route, visit Fatehpur Sikri, the abandoned Mughal capital built by Emperor Akbar, known for its impressive red sandstone structures.

Continue driving to Jaipur, the Pink City of Rajasthan. Upon arrival, check into your hotel. In the evening, you can relax or explore local bazaars with your driver. Enjoy an overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 5: Jaipur Sightseeing+

After breakfast, set out for a full-day guided tour of Jaipur. Visit the magnificent Amber Fort, where you may optionally enjoy an elephant safari (on a direct-payment basis).

Continue to Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, and Albert Hall Museum. In the evening, you are free to explore local markets or enjoy traditional Rajasthani cuisine at a local restaurant (on a direct payment basis). Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Jaipur.

Day 6: Jaipur - Amritsar (By Flight)+

After breakfast, transfer to Jaipur Airport to board your flight to Amritsar (via Delhi or direct, subject to availability).
Upon arrival in Amritsar, meet our local representative and transfer to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free for leisure. Relax overnight at your hotel in Amritsar.

Day 7: Amritsar Sightseeing & Wagah Border+

After breakfast, proceed for the sightseeing tour of Amritsar. Visit The Golden Temple – a radiant symbol of spiritual Harmony, devotion and equality.
