The ‘best of MP’ all women tour starts with arrival and meeting with our travel captain at Gwalior. Next is check-in at the hotel and freshen up for sightseeing.

The first destination is Khajuraho– a world heritage site, with carvings worth having a view. It is a famous tourist destination attracting travelers from all over the world. These are a group of temples built in Chhatarpur district, Madhya Pradesh, India. It belongs to the Hindu and Digambara Jain religions.

Next you are visiting the Gwalior Fort and the Jhansi Fort, experiencing the royal architecture of the Mughals. Furthermore the trip includes visiting the most famous market places of the MP, offering views of the Bundeli artifacts and other handicrafts.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at Gwalior, Gwalior Fort - Jhansi Fort−

The journey begins upon arrival at Gwalior by train or air. Thereafter, you meet our travel captain who will guide you for the next 8 days to all the mesmerizing tourist attractions. For the first destination, you will visit the Gwalior Fort — a heritage site.

Additionally, visit the Bada market around the fort which is a famous market hub for the city, for different local handicrafts and the Rajasthani Fabric. After exploring Gwalior, ensure to check the Jhansi Fort.

At the Bada market, you will get to see the bundeli handicrafts, hidden gems, chanderi, and maheshwari silk fabrics. You can take a stroll through the market for a delightful view of all the local specialities. Then the day ends with an overnight stay in Orchha Town.

Day 2: Orchha - Khajuraho+

From the hotel on day 2, leave for Khajuraho while exploring Alipur Palace on your way, located in Jabalpur district. It is one of the finest examples of British and Mughal architecture. Once you arrive at the Khajuraho, check into your pre-arranged hotel by Cholan Tours.

After you freshen up, set out to explore the Khajuraho - a UNESCO World Heritage Site, well known for its artistic carvings. Finally, visit the hotel for dinner and rest with a comfortable stay.

Day 3: Bandhavgarh National Park Safari+

After you are done with yummy breakfast at the hotel, set out to reach Bandhavgarh. Upon arrival at Bandhavgarh check in to the hotel for the night stay, freshen up and get ready to explore the Bandhavgarh National Park with full energy.

There will be an exciting jeep safari to satisfy your adventurous nerve, taking you through the national park to spot the wildlife.

While enjoying the safari ride you will come across many natural sceneries worth capturing to keep as precious memories. Additionally, don’t miss the sunset view from the park.

Day 4: Jabalpur - Bhedaghat Dhuandhar Falls+

The next day you can take the early morning safari to discover more of the Bandhavgarh National Park. Next, after breakfast, get ready for a drive to reach Jabalpur city to explore Bhedaghat Dhuandhar Falls.

Upon reaching enjoy the natural Enjoy the adrenaline rush activities here - Ropeway cable car ride and boat ride.

Day 5: Panchmarhi Hill Station+

After having the delicious warm breakfast, a drive to Panchamarhi hill station will begin. After reaching the destination first check at the pre-booked hotel and the freshen and have your lunch. Thereafter explore the Panchmarhi hill station nearby the hotel for some picturesque view of the mountains.

Day 6: Exploring Panchmarhi+

On day 6 you will be visiting a number of places having cultural, historical importance. These are major tourist attractions to begin with. You will halt to view the sacred Jata Shankar Temple, a must visit for the devotees of lord Shiva. Followed by the visit to the famous historic built Catholic Church nearby.

Further, visit the serene waterfall of the area Bee fall, about 5.6 Km from the Jata Shankar Temple. Resuming the day after lunch you see the museums, lakes and finally at Dhoopgarh, the highest point in Madhya Pradesh. Here enjoy the soothing sunset and take some pictures of the beautiful view of nature.

Day 7: Bhopal - Bhojpur - Bhojeshwar Temple - Bhimbetka+

On day 7, you will be taking a trip to Bhimbetka via Bhopal. Explore the ancient rock shelters and cave paintings. Next visit Bhojpur to view the Bhojeshwar Temple, known for its unfinished shivling.

After exploring the markets selling the local handicrafts and ethnic wear and visiting the heritage. At night, retreat to the hotel for food and an overnight rest.

Day 8: Bhopal - Sanchi Buddhist stupas+

On the last day of the 8-day tour package of Madhya Pradesh, visit the magnificent Sanchi Buddhist stupas. Dive in the architecture and the spiritual environment. Have your lunch and then drive back to the Bhopal railway station/Raja Bhoj Bhopal Airport.
