For luxury train tours, the refund and cancellation policies are the same as the train’s refund/ cancellation policy. For Maharajas’ Express tours, these refund and cancellation terms are applicable:

In case you want to cancel your confirmed booking, you should communicate as such through email or fax. The computation of the period of notice of cancellation will start only from the time the email/ signed fax copy reaches us on working days.

In case of cancellation by the client after the booking is made with us, a minimum 10% service charge would apply on the total cost of the tour package. In case of cancellation, by us (by the luxury train) after the booking is made by us, the following two options are available:

• A Credit Note would be provided for the booking amount paid, and it can be used in the future by the client or their acquaintances.
• In case the client wants the refund, then a minimum 10% service charge would apply on the total cost of the tour package.

In case you cancel your trip after it starts, the refund would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from accommodation and other services. For unused services, we do not bear any responsibility to refund.
