Ujjain to Varanasi Spiritual Circuit - 9 Nights / 10 Days

On the second day of your tour, you can explore the vibrant city of Ujjain. You can also explore the prominent Shakti Peeth in the city, Harsiddhi Temple, dedicated to Goddess Annapurna, which features ancient pillars and deepastambhas.

The temple features the Maratha Style of architecture, along with intricate carvings and a serene atmosphere. In Ujjain, you can also explore its vibrant and bustling market, which includes Bada Sarafa Bazaar, popular for jewellery, and the Freeganj Market, which offers local and authentic handicrafts. 

Overnight Stay- Ujjain

From Ujjain, you can move towards the city of Khandwa on the second day, where you can visit the Omkareshwar Temple, also among the Jyotirlingas. Located on Mandhata Island, the Omkareshwar Temple, apart from its spiritual significance, also offers a serene atmosphere. After visiting the temple, you can further move towards Indore, the largest city in the state.

On the fourth day of your tour, you can explore the city of Indore, which features various spiritual sites, along with key tourist attractions. In Indore, you can explore the iconic Khajrana Ganesh Temple, dedicated to Lord Ganesha, which is also believed to have divine wish-fulfilment powers. You can also explore the stunning Kanch Mandir, which features stunning architecture with an intricate glass-filled interior. 

From Indore, you can move towards Khajuraho, the ancient city, located about 650 kilometres away. Khajuraho city houses the iconic Kandariya Mahadeva Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which displays a majestic and stunning architecture, with intricate carvings. Dedicated to Lord Shiva, the Kandariya Mahadeva Temple dates back to 950 AD and showcases intricate sandstone detailing. 

On the sixth day of your tour, you can move towards Samgam City, Prayagraj, from Khajuraho, which is located about 260 kilometres away. Upon reaching Prayagraj, you can enjoy a peaceful evening at the Triveni Sangam, the meeting point of three major rivers, Ganga, Yamuna, and Saraswati, which is also considered a prominent pilgrimage site among Hindus.

On the second day in Prayagraj, you can explore the Bade Hanuman Ji Mandir, which is also known as the Lete Hanuman Ji temples, featuring a giant and unique idol of Lord Hanuman, in a reclining posture. You can also explore the Shri Beni Mahadev Temple in Prayagraj, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The temple is also one of the 12 Mahadev Temples, and is considered among the key pilgrimage sites in Prayagraj. 

After breakfast, you can move towards Varanasi, which is situated about 120 kilometres away from Prayagraj. After reaching Varanasi and relaxing, you can explore the 18th-century Durga Kund Mandir, a prominent temple dedicated to Mother Goddess Durga. You can also explore the Kaal Bhairav Mandir in Varanasi, an ancient temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. 

On the ninth day of the tour, you start your day by visiting the iconic Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, a most prominent temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple, among the 12 Jyotirlinga, is one of the holiest shrines in the Hindu religion. After visiting the Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple, you can explore the various scenic ghats of the city, which include Dashashwamedh Ghat, Assi Ghat, and Panchganga Ghat, among others.

Overnight Stay- Varanasi

On the final day of the tour, you can explore the vibrant culture and delicious cuisines of Varanasi. The city boasts bustling markets, like the Godowlia Market and the Thatheri Bazar, popular for copperware and silk cloths. You can also taste some of the must-try dishes in the city, which include Kachori Sabzi, Tamatar Chaat, Litti Chokha, Lassi, and Banarasi Paan, among others.
