Itinerary

The tour includes visits to Madurai, one of the oldest living cities in India, the sacred pilgrimage town of Rameswaram, and Kanyakumari, where three seas meet. It covers major temples, cultural landmarks, and scenic viewpoints.
Day 1: Arrive in Madurai – transfer to hotel and relax
On your arrival in Madurai, you will be met by our Executive and transferred to your hotel, and relax.

Overnight stay in Madurai.
Day 2: Madurai+
Begin the day with a visit to the Meenakshi Amman Temple, a grand and lively temple known for its tall gateway towers and detailed sculptures.
The temple is the heart of Madurai’s spiritual life. Continue to the Thirumalai Nayak Palace, famous for its large arches and blend of local and Indo-Islamic design.
Visit the Gandhi Museum, which presents moments from Mahatma Gandhi’s life and India’s freedom movement.
Later, stop at Vandiyur Tank, also known as Mariamman Teppakulam, a large water tank surrounded by peaceful open space.

Day 3: Madurai – transfer to Rameswaram (3-4 hrs drive)+
After breakfast, drive to Rameswaram, a sacred island town connected to the mainland by a long sea bridge. The journey offers beautiful views
of the ocean on both sides. On arrival, check in at your hotel and take some time to relax. The town has a quiet and spiritual feel, with the sea
always close by. Later, visit Dhanushkodi, a remote coastal area known for its wide beaches and open sea views. This place feels peaceful and
untouched. You can see where the land ends and the sea stretches endlessly, creating a unique and memorable experience.
Continue to Ramar Paatham, a small hilltop site linked to ancient legends. The place has a calm and sacred atmosphere, making it ideal for
quiet moments and reflection.
Overnight Stay- Madurai
Day 4: Rameswaram – drive to Kanyakumari (6 hrs drive)+
This morning, visit the Ramanathaswamy Temple, one of the most important temples in South India. The temple is known for its long corridors
and calm, sacred atmosphere. It is a place of deep spiritual significance and peaceful surroundings.
(You may also choose to take the 22-well bath, a traditional ritual within the temple complex. Each well is believed to have water with a
different taste and temperature. Many visitors feel this ritual is purifying and refreshing.
Later, drive to Kanyakumari, located at the southern tip of India.
On arrival, enjoy the evening by the sea and watch the sunset, where the sky changes colors over the ocean.
It is a beautiful and relaxing experience, with waves, sea breeze, and a lively coastal setting.
Overnight Stay- Rameswaram
Day 5: Kanyakumari+
Visit the Kumari Amman Temple, dedicated to Goddess Kanyakumari. The temple is located near the sea and has a calm and spiritual
atmosphere. It is an important place of worship and is open only to Hindus.
Later, take a ferry ride to Vivekananda Rock Memorial. This rocky island is a peaceful place where Swami Vivekananda is believed to have
meditated. The views of the sea from here are wide and beautiful. Close by is the Thiruvalluvar Statue, a tall stone monument dedicated to the
great Tamil poet and philosopher Thiruvalluvar. The statue stands proudly in the middle of the sea and is a symbol of wisdom and culture.
Visit the Suchindram Temple, known for its detailed carvings and tall gopuram. The temple is dedicated to Shiva, Vishnu, and Brahma.
It is also open only to Hindus and is known for its sacred and quiet setting.
In the evening, relax by the shore and watch the sunset at Kanyakumari. The view of the sun meeting the sea is peaceful and memorable.
The sound of waves and cool breeze make it a perfect end to the day.

Day 6: Kanyakumari – drive to Madurai (4 hrs drive) – Departure+
