This 16-day journey flows through vibrant cities, tranquil mountain towns, iconic religious centres, and UNESCO-listed masterpieces, revealing India’s multi-layered identity at every step.
The adventure begins in Delhi, India’s bustling capital, before continuing to Amritsar, home to the celestial Golden Temple and the extraordinary Wagah Border ceremony. From here, the path winds into the Himalayas, first to the serene, Tibetan-influenced world of Dharamsala, the seat of the Dalai Lama, and then to the lush green valleys of Manali, one of India's most cherished mountain retreats.
Continuing deeper into the hills, travellers ascend to Shimla, the former British summer capital, where colonial charm meets sweeping Himalayan panoramas. The descent introduces the modern, well-planned city of Chandigarh, followed by entry into the spiritual heartland of Rishikesh and Haridwar, two sacred towns lining the Ganges, famous for yoga, meditation, mythology, and vibrant river ceremonies.
The second half of the journey retraces the plains back to Delhi before heading to Agra, home to the red sandstone Agra Fort and the ethereal Taj Mahal, the world’s most celebrated monument of love.
From Himalayan tranquility to riverside rituals and Mughal grandeur, each day adds a new chapter to an unforgettable Indian odyssey.
