Day 1: Arrival at Jammu Airport – Transfer to Katra−

Welcome to the land of divine peace and Himalayan splendor! Upon your arrival at Jammu Airport, our representative will greet you and assist with your transfer to Katra, a serene town nestled at the foothills of the Trikuta Mountains. On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. Katra is renowned as the base camp for the sacred Mata Vaishno Devi Yatra and attracts devotees from across India throughout the year. Spend your evening exploring the local market, where you can shop for religious souvenirs and Kashmiri dry fruits. Dinner and overnight stay at Katra.

Day 2: Katra – Vaishno Devi Darshan Excursion+

Early morning, embark on your Vaishno Devi Yatra, one of the most revered pilgrimages in India. The holy shrine is located approximately 13 km uphill from Katra. Pilgrims can choose to trek on foot or opt for pony rides, palkis, or helicopter services (on direct payment basis). Along the way, visit Ardhkuwari Cave and Bhairon Mandir, both important stops on the spiritual trail. Seek the blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi and immerse yourself in the powerful aura of devotion and tranquility. Return to Katra by evening and unwind at your hotel. Overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3: Katra – Excursion to Patnitop+

After breakfast, drive to Patnitop, a beautiful hill station perched at an altitude of 2,024 meters. Enjoy the scenic mountain drive through lush valleys and pine forests. On arrival explore Nag Temple, Madhatop, and the Skyview Patnitop Ropeway, one of India’s highest cable car rides offering stunning views of the Shivalik range. Indulge in leisure walks through meadows and enjoy local delicacies from mountain cafés. Later, return to Katra for an overnight stay at Karta surrounded by serenity and cool mountain air.

Day 4: Katra – Jammu Sightseeing & Drop+

After breakfast, check out and drive to Jammu for your onward journey. If time permits, visit Raghunath Temple, one of North India’s largest temple complexes dedicated to Lord Rama. Explore Bagh-e-Bahu, and Bahu Fort a historic Mughal-style garden with panoramic views of the Tawi River, and the Mubarak Mandi Palace, a masterpiece of Dogra architecture. Later, you will be dropped off at Jammu Airport or Railway Station, marking the end of your Kashmir spiritual and scenic tour with cherished memories.
