The performances take place near the iconic Shore Temple, a UNESCO World Heritage monument that stands majestically against the sea. • By Train: The nearest railway station is Chengalpattu. From there, autos and taxis are easily available to reach Mamallapuram.
• By Air: The nearest airport is Chennai International Airport, located about 60 kilometres away. From the airport, visitors can hire a cab directly to the festival venue.
