Booking and Payment Policies

  1. All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of the advance payment.
  2. A minimum deposit of 60% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  3. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days before the departure date.
  4. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other accepted modes of payment.

Cancellation and Refund Policies

  1. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email to the booking office.
  2. Cancellation charges will be applied as follows:
    • 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the tour cost.
    • 15-29 days before departure: 50% of the tour cost.
    • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the tour cost (no refund).
  3. In case of a no-show or failure to join the tour, no refund will be provided.
  4. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10-15 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
