The exhibits in Odisha State Museum range from 3rd century archaeological pieces to 20th century anthropological artefacts. The total collections exceed 50,000 in number under different heads including armory, manuscripts, bronze idols, paintings, Epigraphic copper plate stones, numismatic collections, and Natural History are some of the huge sections. Besides you have other sections kindling your interest with the library, microfilming sections, mining and geology, carpentry. From the sales section, you can have some souvenirs to take back.

Odisha State Museum is located in Bhubaneswar, closer to Biju Patnaik International Airport and is very easily accessible.
